I’m a former Boone County Prosecutor, Navy Veteran, and current Public Defender. Since graduating from law school in 2017, I’ve spent my legal career working in the criminal justice system. Gaining experience as both a prosecutor and a public defender has given me a well-rounded perspective on how the justice system works and the impact it has on people’s lives. I have experience standing up to government overreach—defending the most vulnerable people in our community—as well as experience seeking justice for victims of violent crimes.
